Monetary vouchers are only redeemable at Jamie Oliver Catherine St and cannot be used at any other Jamie Oliver site.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other Jamie Oliver products.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months, commencing 48 hours after the date of purchase and must be redeemed within this period.
Vouchers can be used at any time of day, week, or month, with no restrictions on menu items (food or drink).
If the bill exceeds the total value of the voucher, the remaining balance must be paid using another method of payment.
If the bill is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance can be used for a subsequent booking, provided this takes place before the expiry date.
Vouchers may be used in conjunction with other offers.
An optional 12.5% service charge will be added to every bill.
Menu items are subject to seasonality and availability. Reasonable substitutions may be made.
